SHARING KNOWLEDGE AND PASSION FOR BAKING
Anneka is passionate about bringing real baking into Australian homes – to inspire home cooks with deliciously simple recipes that are relevant to their lives. Through her writing, presenting and Sydney-based cooking school, BakeClub, Anneka teaches home cooks to bake in practical and approachable, yet inspiring ways, giving them the know-how and skill to bake with confidence and success.

BAKE, EAT, LOVE
Anneka’s latest book, Bake, Eat, Love, is a simple, unique and practical guide, based on Anneka’s distinctive way of teaching people to bake. Her simple, yet effective, 3-step process will connect home cooks with lost baking skills and this book will become the reliable companion and reference guide they’ve always wanted in the kitchen. As well as this, Bake, Eat, Love will show them how baking can enrich their lives on so many levels and connect them with the people they love.

FROM RURAL CHILDHOOD TO CITY LIVING
Her love of cooking, and especially her passion for baking, grew and was nurtured in childhood on her parent’s sheep and cattle property in southern New South Wales. Anneka now shares her life in Sydney with her husband, Paul, and two children, Brooke and Benjamin.

Anneka’s friendly and engaging approach to both her writing and presenting engagements comes with her vast experience and a firm belief in simple food done well, relying on sound basics, simple techniques and quality ingredients.
She knows the type of recipes people want and she understands the most effective methods for teaching baking skills and communicating with her audience.
The following topics are Anneka’s core themes, but she is happy to tailor them for individual audiences and specific areas of interest.
